Our platform provides AI-powered voice assistants capable of interacting with customers during phone calls.

These assistants can:

• check appointment availability

• schedule appointments

Voice conversation capabilities are powered by AI technologies from OpenAI and ElevenLabs, integrated with telephony services from Twilio.

Natural Language Processing for Business Settings

We use Google Gemini to interpret and structure information that users enter in natural language within their account configuration.

For example, business owners may write their opening hours in plain text. Gemini helps convert this information into structured data that our scheduling system can process.

Example:

> We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

This information is converted into structured opening hours used by the system to manage appointments.

Google Calendar Access

If users choose to connect their account with Google Calendar, our platform may access limited calendar functionality in order to:

• check availability for a specific date or time

• create a new calendar event when an appointment is schedule

Our system is designed with restricted permissions to protect user data.

Specifically:

• The AI assistant cannot delete calendar events

• The AI assistant cannot delete calendars

• Event deletion can only be performed manually by the calendar owner through standard Google Calendar interfaces.

Data Processing Principles

When AI services are used, data is processed only to provide the requested functionality.

Our platform follows these principles:

• Access to Google user data is limited to the minimum required functionality

• Google Calendar data is used only to check availability and create events

• We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes

• We do not sell Google user data to third parties
